This new group is limited to 4 couples who will spend 8 weeks learning how to improve the intimacy in their relationships though improved communication skills. The interaction with other couples allows each group member to see how others struggle with the same sort of barriers to deep connection and how those blocks can be overcome. Receiving feedback from one another helps to open to new ways of seeing oneself and one’s partner so new and improved ways of interacting develop. Dr. Leight will explain why communication breaks down, what dynamics are unique to each person and each couple, how to better express feelings, how to be heard and how to have a win-win with every dialogue. A 20 minute no charge consultation is required to be certain each couple is ready to do this work and that the 4 couples are compatible for group dynamics.
