Does your life seem to keep coming to a stand still due to barriers to success? Do you find yourself in paralyzing fear of full of anxiety when you’re close to moving toward a goal or objective? Do you feel stuck in one or more areas of your life? Is paralysis by analysis a way of life for you? If so, this group is for you. Dr. Leight will take you on a 10 week journey in which you will learn to appreciate yourself in a new way. You will set goals for yourself and talk through the fears that are keeping you from achievement. You will learn about moving through those fears and then creating the life you desire. You will be asked to take specific steps to success in this fast paced and challenging experience. The group is limited to 8 gay men all of whom wish to see positive change and growth in their lives.
