Insurance & Fees

Dr. Leight makes all of his fees known to you prior to beginning therapy. Dr. Leight works on a fee-for-service basis, and all fees are due at the time services are rendered. If you have insurance, Dr. Leight will provide a superbill for you to attach to your claim form for reimbursement to you directly. Dr. Leight accepts personal in-state checks and money orders.
